Key gives tourists deja vu

Robert Key scored 178 not out on the first day of Kent’s match against the touring New Zealanders at Canterbury. He was ably supported by James Tredwell (123*) as the home side finished on 324-1.

Hoggard has his say

England’s Matthew Hoggard, controversially dropped during the recent series against New Zealand, took 6 for 57 for Yorkshire against Hampshire at Headingley.
Hampshire were all out for 159, still 239 behind the hosts.  The follow on was duly enforced and Yorkshire’s position improved further with Hampshire finishing on 136-4 in their second innings.
